Satisfaction survey 2021


In line with our ongoing commitment to quality, between April and March we conducted a satisfaction survey that was sent to our 145 most active clients last year.

We are so happy with the results! More than 90% of them rated our staff’s courtesy and readiness in handling their translation assignments as “very good”; 97% said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of our work, 95% considered our delivery deadlines to be adequate and 75% believed that beyond its translation services Interglossa gave them added value. It is a great satisfaction to see our work rewarded with these figures! Some clients also gave us suggestions on aspects that we can improve and encouraged us to continue our good work.

The results of this new satisfaction survey has spurred us to continue to improve and learn every day on this path that, in just over a year’s time, will be marked by 30 years of history.
